Project Overview

In order to bring all county government offices into a single facility, the Baldwin County Courthouse was constructed on a prominent corner in downtown Milledgeville. The 5-story 77,000 square foot building houses all county administrative offices and all judicial offices & courtrooms. The architecture blends with the historic fabric of the city.  An adjacent 200-car structure provides parking for the courthouse and for downtown merchants.
